Career Advancement Seminars

Once a quarter (both in San Francisco and Silicon Valley), Jon Escher and Julie Brush, the Co-Founders of Solutus, will present a one to two hour seminar on career advancement topics for lawyers.  Topics to be covered will be targeted at law firm partners and associates, in house counsel and General Counsel and will include such topics as:

• In-house career advancement and the path to the General Counsel chair
• Rainmaking skills development in the law firm context
• Interviewing skills
• How to transition from a law firm to an in-house legal department
• Navigating the lateral partner transition process
• Establishing individual career goals and assessments
• Job sourcing and job evaluation tips

Each seminar will focus on one or two of the above-named topics.  The details on the seminar offerings and options will be posted shortly.
