Our client, the global leader in semiconductors for wired and wireless communications, seeks an attorney with 10+ years of experience to join its thriving organization. This person will be responsible for overseeing the company’s compliance activities, with an emphasis on business ethics and compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.  In particular, this attorney will oversee the company’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Conduct, which sets the basic internal standards to be observed by all directors, officers and employees of the company in order to emphasize and further strengthen corporate governance, business ethics and compliance systems throughout the entire company.  This attorney will be responsible for responding to employee inquiries and also counseling management and employees on a wide variety of ethics and compliance issues. Experience with internal investigations and whistleblower litigation preferred.  Relocation candidates will be considered.

This attorney will have substantial autonomy and therefore must be able to work in a self-sufficient manner with clients, but also frequently will need to work collaboratively with other team members across disciplines.   REF. # 123-SLS
