Tax Attorney - San Diego, CA

Our client seeks a tax attorney with 7-8 or more years experience with nonprofit and/or governmental finance and employee benefits. The ideal candidate would have experience with establishing and administering employee benefit and deferred compensation plans, including 403(b), 457 and PERS; advising lenders/issuers on tax aspects of tax exempt bonds, leases and notes, including conduit, general obligation and revenue bonds; and advising charitable organizations on corporate structure, obtaining and maintaining tax exempt status under state and federal laws.
