Our client, one of the oldest and largest law firms in San Diego, is seeking an associate with at least four years' experience handling all aspects of income tax law, including individuals and corporate, partnership taxation preferable real estate partnership and tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and liquidations.
