Our client, a global leader in providing security, storage and systems management solutions is seeking an experience IP lawyer to manage the company’s patent strategy.  The successful candidate will have 8 – 15 years of experience in the IP area including patent litigation.  Patent prosecution experience is a plus.  Membership to the USPTO is required – as is a technical undergraduate degree.    Law firm and in house experience is highly preferred. This position will report to the VP of Legal Services.

This is a crucial role at this multi-billion dollar company.  The position will be responsible for managing the Company’s intellectual property portfolio and developing and implementing an overall IP strategy for the company. On a day-to-day basis this executive will work closely with a variety of departments and top executives to advance the Company’s long-term business objectives while ensuring maximum protection of its legal rights and interests.
