Wells Fargo seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to support the Bank’s Capital Markets Group in its foreign exchange and international financial services businesses.  The successful candidate will have at least 7+ years experience as an attorney. Candidates should have experience in negotiating and documenting sophisticated commercial banking and capital markets transactions. Experience in any of the following areas preferred: foreign exchange, international trade and finance, or ISDA-based derivatives.  Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication, analytical and organizational skills, the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with attorneys and clients in multiple locations, and the desire to work in a fast-paced, complex environment with demanding deadlines. Candidates must be members of the California State Bar or qualify for its registered in-house counsel program.  Strong academic credentials required.
