Our client, the global leader in nanomanufacturing technology solutions, is seeking an IP Enforcement Attorney to add to its Global Services group. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in house or at a law firm handling IP litigation. A good understanding of patent, trade secret and copyright issues is also required. This attorney will be responsible for leading IP enforcement for the company’s Global Services group requiring cross-functional interaction with various business units within the company. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement IP enforcement strategy for the company. California Bar membership is required.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Determining strategies and implementing programs to protect IP.
Working closely with business units to determine IP enforcement priorities and strategies.
Working with the company’s worldwide offices, outside legal counsel and investigation firms to investigate cases of IP infringement, and pursue appropriate legal action.
Managing IP enforcement litigation.
Working with other business groups to proactively develop and implement initiatives and programs to safeguard the company’s IP.
