Our client, the leading developer of interactive entertainment software is seeking to add an M&A/Corporate attorney to its dynamic legal department.  The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of M&A and other relevant corporate transaction experience.  In house experience is a plus, but candidates directly from law firms will be considered.  Local candidates only.

The responsibilities for this position include providing advice and guidance on acquisitions, investments and other strategic corporate transactions to the company’s Corporate Development group and other corporate functions.  He/She will advise on deal structure and issues, conduct and manage due diligence, draft and negotiate deal documentation, coordinate deal closings, track post-closing requirements and monitor strategic investments.  This person will also collaborate with corporate groups to execute acquisitions and integrations and will support related securities law disclosure/compliance and corporate governance matters.
