This lawyer will be responsible for Managing a group of paralegals and attorneys in the ongoing enhancement, training, implementation and auditing/monitoring of the Company's U.S. Commercial compliance program and will work successfully with senior Regulatory and Commercial personnel on PRC oversight.  Duties also include representing the Legal department in label negotiations for new product launches.  He/She must be able to exercise skill and good judgment in the investigation and follow-up of alleged promotional violations within the Company's U.S. Commercial organization and promotional violations by Company competitors.
