Our client, the global leader in semiconductors for wired and wireless communications, seeks an attorney with 3 to 6 years of experience to join its thriving organization. Our client will consider a wide range of backgrounds, including attorneys with experience in technology transactions, licensing, joint ventures, commercial agreements, M&A, financing transactions or patent litigation.  Outstanding academic credentials and experience at a top tier law firm or at a technology company are a must.  

Telecommuting at least one day per week is an option after an initial period of working in the company’s Irvine headquarters.  This attorney will have substantial autonomy and therefore must be able to work in a self-sufficient manner with clients, but also frequently will need to work collaboratively with other team members across disciplines. This attorney will be responsible for a broad range of technology transactions and operational issues, and for counseling management and employees on a wide variety of issues.
